What to Expect
My models are not intended to be exact replicas of your pet. I will create your sculpture in my unique style. I try to capture your pets likeness and quirks. Please have a look though my Gallery for examples of my work.
How do I order?
Please fill in the Order Form to find out my availability. I can only create a limited amount of models each month so I can book up quickly. My busiest times are the few months before Christmas so please enquire as early as possible to avoid disappointment. When I contact you back through email we can discuss the details of your order and I will ask that you send photographs of the pet you would like me to make. Please scroll down for examples of photographs I will require.
Prices and Delivery
Custom made dog or cat approximately 4.5 inches in the longest direction depending on position = £119.95 not including postage or relevant taxes. Favourite toy, clothing or accessories can be added for an additional cost.
I am only able to deliver within the UK via my website for any international orders excluding the EU can be purchased through my ETSY shop. UK buyers I use Royal mail 1st Class signed at the cost of £5.50
How do I pay?
After I have given you a time scale for your model and all the details of your order have been discussed and agreed I will require a 50% deposit to secure your given time slot, you will then be placed on my order list. The remaining balance and postage costs will be required after I have finished your order. I will email pictures of your finished model for your approval. I will post out your order after I have received the remaining balance. A Paypal invoice or bank transfer details will be sent to you for payment.
Refunds and Cancellations
I do not accept refunds on custom made items after they have been started. I will accept Cancellations on orders and will refund your deposit provided I have not already started to make your order. I will email you to let you know when I have started your model, If you wish to cancel after this point your deposit will be retained.
your pets photographs
When sending reference pictures of your pet please could you take pictures from different angles i.e. front, left side, right side and from the back. preferably in the position you would like your model to be in, i.e. sitting, laying down or standing. It is very important to take your pictures from your pets eye level rather then looking down on them to help me get the proportions correct. Also please let me know if you would like your model to be wearing a collar. Please send pictures that show your pets markings and colouring in good lighting. I appreciate that getting your fur friends to cooperate with photos can be easier said than done or in the case that your pet is no longer with us then I will try my best with what ever pictures that are available to you. The better the photographs the better your finished model will be.
